Yes. Alidama Electronics Establishment is APC by Schneider Electric's ITB Certified Partner and Authorized Service Provider for Jordan, and our engineers attend APC's Global Professional training on a regular basis.
Periodic visits in which our engineers inspect and test your UPS and its batteries and confirm the system performs as expected. We agree the visit schedule and the systems covered with you when the contract is set up.
Most sealed lead-acid UPS batteries need replacing every three to five years, sooner in hot rooms. We test them on every maintenance visit and replace batteries for all APC and Schneider Electric UPS systems.
Yes. APC network management cards let you monitor and control each UPS over the network, and EcoStruxure IT adds cloud monitoring for your whole IT infrastructure. We configure both.
It depends on the load, the run-time you need and the redundancy the site calls for. Single-phase systems cover 1–20 kVA for server rooms and branches; three-phase systems run from 10 kVA to 1,500 kVA. Request a quote and we will size it with you.
